Continue your runic journey with Class Two: The Second Aett — Hagal’s Aett, the next installment in our four-part Introduction to Runes Series, guided by runic practitioner Liza Falk of Yggdrasil Wanderer and hosted by Grimoire Girls Coven. This class explores the eight runes of the second Aett — Hagalaz, Nauthiz, Isa, Jera, Eihwaz, Perthro, Algiz (Elhaz), and Sowilo — the runes that illuminate the challenges faced by gods and humans alike. Here we enter the “second act” of the Elder Futhark, where tension rises and trials forge destiny. Together, we’ll delve into themes of powerful change, resilience, patience, cyclical reward, transformation, fate, spiritual protection, and illumination, deepening your understanding of how these runes shape the unfolding of one’s path.

Join us for Learn the Art of Tasseomancy, a 2.5-hour Tea Leaf Reading Workshop at Grimoire Girls Coven.

Tasseomancy is the intuitive practice of reading symbolic messages from tea leaves or coffee grounds. In this class, participants will learn about the history and geography of the cup, receive hands-on guidance in reading their own cup, and take part in sharing, discussion, and Q&A. This workshop is facilitated by Dr. Janene Lang, Acupuncturist, who learned tea leaf reading from her grandmother as a child and has practiced for over 50 years. She has taught tasseography for over 20 years and is currently working on a book covering the cultural and historical origins of the art.

Please arrive a few minutes early so class can begin on time.
